Grant joined Salas O’Brien in 2020 and leads the organization’s merger and acquisition strategy, integrations, financial reporting, treasury, tax planning, and financial planning functions. His efforts have led to the significant growth of the organization’s footprint and capabilities, all while maintaining the leadership approach, company culture, and ownership values that have made our organization successful.
With advanced financial acumen, a strong work ethic, and a personable and collaborative leadership style, Grant is well-respected by team members, leaders, and partners alike. Prior to joining Salas O’Brien, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP advising private equity and strategic clients making investments in the AEC industry. He was named the 2023 Rising Star at the CFO of the Year Awards hosted by the Orange County Business Journal.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Science of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
Outside of work, he prioritizes time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities.
