With over 18 years of experience in energy engineering, Adam DeSio specializes in the New York City and State markets. He has managed numerous energy audits, retro-commissioning studies, and mechanical design projects for diverse building types including multifamily homes, commercial spaces, and healthcare facilities. As a full-time contractor to the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority, Adam has developed expertise in program management, contract management, and budgeting. His leadership experience extends to managing teams of up to 20 professionals and collaborating with stakeholders such as hospitals, universities, and government organizations.
