Brandon Alaniz is an experienced construction consultant with more than 27 years in the construction industry. He has managed or had leading roles in numerous high-profile construction consulting projects, including recovery following multiple hurricane and earthquake events in Puerto Rico, such as the historic El San Juan hotel. Brandon has a wealth of experience in building construction, repair, and restoration cost assessments for the insurance and legal industries. He is adept at preparing cost estimates and providing litigation support, including construction defects and addressing contractor’s standard of care.
