One way in which we do this is through our annual leadership recognitions, where we celebrate team members who distinguish themselves through their growth and development, impact on the organization’s success, and embodiment of our Ownership Values.

Some of these team members are at the beginning of their leadership journey, while others have achieved success at the most senior level. Each is an effective leader who leads by example and makes an impact in their immediate area as well as the broader organization.

Every person listed here is nominated and unanimously approved by our senior leadership team and selected based on their professional contributions and achievements.

We’d like to draw special attention to our most senior recognitions, including our newest Managing Principal and eight new Principals. Each is a proven and recognized leader in our organization, driving value and leading through collaboration, mentorship, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
