Shawn Ferris has been involved in building envelope consulting, investigating, and testing for over 23 years. During that time, he has consulted on thousands of projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. His focus has been prevention of bulk water intrusion on new construction projects, as well as determining points of water entry and determining solutions for post-construction projects. Projects have occurred in all areas and climate zones within the U.S. and selective Caribbean locations.
