Lindsey Olsen, Associate Vice President, project manager, and mechanical engineer, is committed to building a sustainable future through transformative work in renewable energy projects.

In this spotlight video, Lindsey reflects on her early interests in decarbonization and helping college campuses transition from inefficient energy sources to cleaner, more sustainable energy solutions, reducing carbon emissions and setting a standard for sustainable practices.

If you go to a steam-heated campus on an early winter day when it’s just snowed, you can tell where the steam tunnels are. The steam is heating the tunnel and the ground around that tunnel to the point that there’s snow melting on the ground. That’s money being spent on energy to heat the ground and carbon being wasted.
