David Pedraza has more than eight years of extensive experience in restoration engineering, structural waterproofing, prime consulting and project management. His determination to continue his professional development has helped to distinguish his career in the consulting industry. Drawing on past experience in design and management of multidisciplinary projects as prime consultant and subconsultant, his focus is to develop efficient and practical design solutions. His contribution to both proponent and compliance teams is client-focused, meticulous, and professional.
David has experience in a variety of projects involving steel, normally reinforced concrete, precast and post tensioned concrete, structural waterproofing, and on-grade pavement structures. In addition to these project designs, David has experience in structural restoration investigations, capital plans, the tender process, providing contract administrative services, project management and prime consulting in multi-disciplinary projects.
