Creating a cultural landmark through complete design services

Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for Seneca Performing Arts Center. This unique project involved renovating adjacent buildings with varying elevations and materials. Our team coordinated closely with the A/V consultant to ensure seamless integration.

Seamless electrical design for multi-phase school renovation

Our team provided electrical design services for the renovation and expansion of James F. Byrnes High School. The project involved three phases of renovation and additions. The first phase in 2016 involved renovating the existing high school and adding new facilities. The second phase entailed a separate demolition project for further renovation and construction of a new academic wing, completed in 2024. The third phase involves additional expansions and is currently in progress.

Streamlined MEP solutions for public safety facility

Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the new Pickens County Public Safety Building. This state-of-the-art facility consolidates multiple county departments under one roof, including a 911 call center, an EMS department, and training spaces. Our services include power distribution, lighting, HVAC, and fire alarm systems. The 911 call center features a 500 kW diesel generator, dual uninterruptible power systems (UPS), and redundant telecommunications to meet continuous power system requirements for critical operations.
