As third-party verifiers for Green Business Certifications, Inc. (GBCI) and proven providers for LEED consulting, our team brings deep expertise across all LEED versions and crosswalks with other rating systems. - WELL building consulting and performance testing. As a verified WELL Performance Testing Organization for WELL v2, Salas O’Brien helps clients create spaces that attract, retain, and support the wellbeing of occupants. We manage the full certification process, from on-site performance testing to pre-testing services that help verify building performance before final certification testing. Learn more.
- Fitwel consulting. Fitwel offers a flexible certification system designed to improve occupant health in both new and existing spaces. Salas O’Brien supports clients through the Fitwel process, applying evidence-based design and operational strategies without the constraint of prerequisites.
- SITES consulting. Salas O’Brien provides consulting for the Sustainable SITES Initiative, a comprehensive rating tool focused on sustainable landscape development. We work collaboratively with landscape architects and project teams, helping projects achieve SITES certification and, when relevant, align SITES points with LEED certification goals.
- Living Building Challenge (LBC) consulting. Salas O’Brien has supported some of the first Living Building Challenge projects in the Southeastern United States, including our own Atlanta office. Our team understands the rigor and complexity of LBC and partners closely with clients to maximize efforts and investment toward achieving one of the industry’s most ambitious sustainability goals.
- Parksmart consulting. Parksmart is the only certification program that defines and measures sustainable parking structures. Salas O’Brien supports clients through the Parksmart certification process for standalone and mixed-use developments, helping them advance parking management, programs, and design technologies.
