This engaging session brought together senior defense leaders to discuss how military installations and communities can form partnerships to transform environmental and sustainability challenges into collaborative solutions.

Andrea Sojda, PMP, a Principal at Salas O’Brien, is a seasoned expert in environmental engineering and consulting. With over 15 years in the field, she has led complex projects to successful completions, delivering sustainable solutions for a diverse client base. Andrea holds an MS in Organizational and Leadership Ethics from St. Edward’s University and a BS in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University. Her leadership and expertise continue to make significant contributions to the industry.
