Located in an existing 34-story high-rise in Downtown Atlanta, Salas O’Brien provided ESG services and designed an office space that not only meets seven different certifications, but also inspires with its focus on efficiency, health, and wellness in the built environment.

Our team emphasized material selection, interior air quality, and lighting design. Our incorporation of biophilic and place-based features brings genuine moments of delight. Drawing inspiration from the design of historic urban office spaces, the office addresses the challenges of modern office design, proving that a highly sustainable space can embody a variety of design aesthetics.
