Cooperative Preschool Site Assessment

Salas O’Brien partnered with the Inman Park Cooperative Preschool to conduct a site assessment and propose programming and massing options for the school’s future expansion. We presented the project site and design at stakeholder meetings, engaging the preschool parent group, local organizations, and the historic review board for feedback and approval. Our final design was approved in 2023. After completion, the new facility will provide extra space for the current preschool in the famous Old 4th Ward. Currently, the school can accommodate 50 children aged 2-4 and features an extensive natural play space, outdoor classroom, and art room.
