Wheeler Opera House Vault Bar and System Upgrades

The Wheeler Opera House is a premier venue in the heart of Aspen, Colorado. The performance space can seat up to 504, and the lobby Vault Bar can accommodate over 100 guests. Originally built in 1889, the venue is a pinnacle of downtown Aspen’s history.

Salas O’Brien provided design for technology upgrades in the Opera House. Our designs included audio/video system upgrades in the first floor lobby, Vault Bar, dressing rooms, theatre, green room, attic rack room, and basement offices. We also included new loudspeaker systems, new video monitors, touch control panels, and distributed AV feed throughout the building.
