Wet Sorter and Ladre Upgrade

We provided comprehensive mechanical and structural engineering services for a critical upgrade for a frozen potato products facility. Our team supported the installation of two new wet sorters and a LADRE defect removal system on Line 1 while also reworking the dryer bulk-off area
and relocating key process systems. We developed detailed 3D models and construction drawings to support seamless integration with existing infrastructure and created a complete set of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) to guide equipment, piping, and instrumentation
integration.

Our team provided structural modifications, including designing new concrete decks and access platforms necessary for process flow and maintenance. We executed hydraulic and mechanical design for new pump stands, vortex tanks, and piping systems, and provided ongoing construction oversight to promote quality and safety. Our collaborative approach with the client and contractors enabled the project to move smoothly from preliminary engineering through construction support, minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency.
