Wastewater Treatment Plant for New Feed Mill

In Phase 1 of the project, we designed a redwater capture pit featuring two 10-15 horsepower (HP) Gorman Rupp pumps, a control panel with float switches, and high/low-level alarms for reliable monitoring. Phase 2 introduced a new stormwater holding basin with a mixer and a lift station equipped with two variable frequency drive (VFD) pumps and a magnetic flow meter, enabling precise stormwater transfer to the existing equalization tank (EQ) Tank. We upgraded the site lighting, ensuring it not only illuminated the area but also significantly enhanced safety and visibility.

Through meticulous evaluation, we verified that the existing electrical infrastructure could fully support the expansion, paving the way for seamless integration with our innovative systems. This strategic enhancement not only guarantees regulatory compliance but also drives operational efficiency to new heights, positioning us as leaders in delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex projects.
