Vanderbilt School of Nursing Building Addition
Salas O’Brien partnered with Vanderbilt University to provide WELL consulting services and conduct on-site WELL performance verification testing for the expansion of the existing Vanderbilt University School of Nursing facilities. These efforts support occupant health, enhanced indoor air and water quality, and a productive environment. The addition connects Frist Hall and Godchaux Hall, forming a cohesive corner. The new space features a welcoming central atrium, faculty offices, a state-of-the-art simulation laboratory, and flexible multipurpose rooms that function as classrooms. Designed to reflect and reinforce the School of Nursing’s mission, the project serves as a living model of health, well-being, and sustainability, directly benefiting students, staff, and visitors.
