USAF Dining Facilities Renovations

Salas O’Brien provided full-service architectural, interior design, engineering, and cost estimating services for the renovation of four existing US Air Force dining facilities and flight kitchens in multiple locations across the United States. The project goals were to combine the four dining facilities into a single enterprise platform that created venues resembling those found on leading corporate and university campuses.

We provided a complete redesign at each location, including the dining and servery areas, new servery equipment, new finishes, new furniture and materials, new lighting, and MEP systems. The end result provides efficient circulation, a modern look, an airy feel, and is designed in such a way that healthy food items are front and center
