COLLEGE STATION, TX, USA
The George H.W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum
Opened in 2024 to commemorate President George H. W. Bush’s 100th birthday, the pavilion showcases two iconic artifacts, the Union Pacific 4141 Locomotive and Marine One helicopter. The exhibits showcase their historical relevance and the legacy of President Bush and the Bush family. The space also features a visitors center, an information desk, and Daisy’s Table café.
Salas O’Brien played a key role in bringing this immersive experience to life. Our team designed and implemented a large 30’ x 20’ LED feature display and embedded multi-monitor displays in the exhibits to provide playback of curated content and presentations. We designed video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and structured cabling. Our acoustics consulting addressed sound control challenges in the large, reflective pavilion by incorporating discreet treatments that enhance comfort, engagement, and effortless communication during events.
