Summer House on the Lake Restaurant

Summer House on the Lake is a 12,000-square-foot, heavily themed, single-story restaurant at Disney Springs. The restaurant includes a bar, a small market, a bakery, and a main dining room. The main dining room utilizes full-height windows to enhance the view that overlooks the lake. Outdoor seating under covered patios offers guests a view of the lake or the busy promenade area surrounding a bubbling water feature on the lake. Sliding doors allow for a portion of the indoor restaurant seating area to open to the exterior during those times of the year when the weather in Central Florida is beautiful.

Salas O’Brien provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and engineering services and full construction administration services for the project. This project created a strong restaurant presence for the owner, Lettuce Entertain You, in Florida.
