Peabody Union features residential units, high-end retail, and Class-A office space. The development incorporates essential technology infrastructure, which is a key component of its design.

Salas O’Brien provided technology design, including structured cabling system supports network, Wi-Fi, and security for residences, amenities, operations, and public areas. High-speed fiber infrastructure supports the residences as many work from home.

We designed the AV system for for distributed video and digital signage along with AV for fitness studios and other amenities like the club, pool, co-working space, and skydeck.

We also provided design for video surveillance systems (VSS), electronic access control (EAC) and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
