Security Upgrades

Salas O’Brien partnered with San Jose Evergreen Community College District (SJECCD) to evaluate and upgrade their security electronics, serving as both a consultant and the owner’s representative. Our team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the district’s security infrastructure, leading to the development of a detailed database of security assets and the creation of design packages for system upgrades. Our team developed multiple project design packages, including comprehensive design-bid-build solutions and bridging documents, as required by the district. Serving as the owner’s representative throughout construction, we ensured all systems were installed in accordance with design and specifications, culminating in a complete system commissioning for a smooth and successful closeout. A crucial element for the project’s success was maintaining fully operational security electronic systems, including a seamless transition from old to new systems.
