Sanitary Lift Station

Salas O’Brien supported a major industrial client in relocating and upgrading an aging sanitary lift station to accommodate a new retention pond. By leveraging updated design standards and advanced instrumentation technology, we fully redesigned the wet well, pumping system, and electrical controls, while maintaining plant operations and managing unexpected site conditions. Our phased approach allowed for seamless alignment with the plant’s existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems. Additionally, we provided robust construction support through commissioning. Ultimately, we delivered a resilient, fully integrated lift station that improves operational reliability.
