Risk Assessment and Site Hardening

Salas O’Brien delivered detailed risk assessment and site hardening services to a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company. We analyzed mobile switching office facilities in high-risk areas throughout the continental United States. Our team assessed exposure to natural hazards,
such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and wildfires, by reviewing as-built documentation and collecting comprehensive structural and operational data to determine each facility’s ability to sustain network operations.

Based on these assessments, we developed mitigation measures and developed high-level cost projections to support strategic planning and budgeting. Leveraging data-driven analysis, database development, and targeted site-hardening recommendations, our team enabled the company to enhance infrastructure resilience, minimize risk, and maintain reliable network performance during extreme events.
