Outpatient Cardiac Care Facility

Salas O’Brien provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services, as well as construction administration, to renovate a ground-floor space for Ambulatory Cardiovascular Center of Pennsylvania into a state-of-the-art outpatient cardiac care facility. Our team provided fit-out of three Class III cardiac catheterization labs, one procedure room, a dedicated prep/recovery area with 12 bays, a waiting and reception area, administrative offices, and clinical support spaces.

Through thoughtful system integration, the facility now provides advanced imaging, same-day nonemergency procedures, and high patient throughput to local patients. This new healthcare facility delivers convenient, cost-effective care while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and clinical reliability.
