Salas O’Brien partnered with Zaxby’s to deliver comprehensive engineering services to enhance efficiency and functionality at their Atlanta headquarters and test kitchen. Our office fit-up and upgrades to the recipe testing kitchen improved operational workflows, while detailed construction documents, administration, and pricing narratives streamlined project delivery. Our team designed HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for comfort, safety, and compliance, providing seamless integration with the existing infrastructure. We also included heat load and electrical load calculations, COMCHECK compliance, grease waste integration, and NFPA 13 fire protection.

During the bidding and construction phase, we provided document clarifications and quality checks via submittal reviews and detailed site visit reports.
