Salas O’Brien partnered with Central Ohio Farmers Co-Op to address inconsistent product quality caused by operator-dependent processes and outdated software. Variability across shifts impacted grade consistency, operational efficiency, and overall performance.

Our team designed, programmed, and implemented a modern FactoryTalk Optix®-based control and visualization platform. This replaced fragmented legacy interfaces with a unified, data-driven application. The solution integrates directly with presses and decanters, providing centralized access to real-time and historical data.

Operators now use a standardized interface that supports consistent workflows and enables informed decision-making across shifts. The platform provides secure remote access and a scalable foundation to monitor and optimize plant performance.
