New Pet Food Manufacturing Line Systems

Salas O’Brien provided detailed engineering services for new pet food packaging line systems. Our team designed the systems and equipment layout for 5 packaging lines. The systems included small- and large-bag filling systems, bundling systems, feed systems, and a robotic palletizing system. We also designed the relocation of the existing palletizing system to serve the new lines, including overhead transport and elevating conveyors, along with the related support structures, automation, and control panels.
