New Drug Production Facility

Salas O’Brien is providing our client comprehensive design services for their new pharmaceutical facility, which features six high-speed syringe and cartridge isolator filling lines. We are designing the facility, utility layout, and six independent fill line modules, including equipment preparation, formulation, sterile filtration, and packaging, uniquely integrating process engineering, facilities, utilities, and wastewater treatment.

We are leading the design team to develop the basis of design, process flow diagrams, and key design elements for potent compound handling and sterile processes. Our team coordinates with vendors, collaborates with stakeholders, and executes FAT/SAT, providing alignment with the client’s ESG requirements by implementing innovative solutions like process technical water recycling and rainwater harvesting systems.
