New Chemical Production Warehouse

Salas O’Brien designed a new 73,000 square foot warehouse for LG Chem that connects to their existing production facility. Our experts designed the warehouse roof to support a solar panel system, giving the client the option to use renewable energy to power the building in the future. Our team provided utility design for the warehouse’s HVAC, lighting, fire protection, safety, plumbing, and power systems. We designed seven new loading docks to serve the warehousing area, accompanied by a shipping and receiving office. After completing the issued-for construction documents, we stayed on the project team to provide construction administration services to assist the contractor. LG Chem enjoys an efficient and productive warehouse thanks to our thoughtful, deliberate design.
