Milam Real Estate Jefferson Bank at 1900 Broadway

Jefferson Bank’s headquarters is located in downtown San Antonio, in a building named after the bank. The building features a mix of retail and office space. The bank occupies four floors in this 10-story building as well as part of the lobby which serves as a customer banking center. The new office space includes a large boardroom, a conference center, multiple training spaces, as well as private workspaces and gathering areas.

Salas O’Brien provided technology design for this project. Plans included data infrastructure and AV systems to create an effective and efficient work experience. Our team designed optimal cable pathways, Wi-Fi access points, and video control systems to support a busy work environment and the bank’s goal of increased collaboration. We ensured equipment rooms were efficient despite limited space and assisted with data format layouts. Salas O’Brien worked on multiple projects in the Jefferson Bank Building.
