McGugin Athletic Center Feasibility Study

Salas O’Brien delivered comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services to renovate Vanderbilt University’s McGugin Athletic Center. Our team performed a comprehensive feasibility study, confirmed the budget, and prepared the construction documentation. The project involved complex departmental relocations within the facility and to the adjacent Memorial Gym. Leveraging our expertise in sports facility engineering, we designed efficient MEP systems tailored to the unique needs of a modern athletic center.
