Salas O’Brien provided comprehensive commissioning and qualifications for a clean room installation project. In collaboration with the facility’s subject matter experts (SMEs) and the construction contractor, we developed a comprehensive commissioning and qualification master plan (CQMP) to guide the quality organization and end users.

Our CQMP encompassed a detailed project description, outlined the scope and strategy for commissioning and qualification, and provided execution flow charts. The plan included references to project drawings and applicable standards, specified required documentation, and featured matrices identifying critical systems, deliverables, involved departments, and personnel responsibilities. Our master plan delivered a structured and systematic approach to the commissioning and qualification of the clean rooms, utilities, and environmental conditions.
