Luxury High-Rise Residential Tower

Salas O’Brien provided electrical design and engineering for the new 22-story residential building, which includes 220 units and multiple community amenities. Among the highlights are a rooftop deck with a pool, spa, and fitness center, as well as an outdoor kitchen with dining areas. Additionally, to enhance the resident experience, our team supported the building’s integration of smart home technology throughout, offering keyless entry and smart thermostats.

Building on these features, the project was designed in alignment with the City’s smart-growth objectives. This approach enabled the development to increase density by blending both market-rate and affordable micro-units within a Transit Priority Area. Furthermore, by advancing sustainability initiatives across economic, environmental, social, and cultural dimensions, the project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
