Long Term Care New Development

Located in Madoc, the Clare McFaul development brings a thoughtful blend of long-term care and accessible rental housing to a shared 6.5-acre site. The project features a 128-bed long-term care home alongside an additional 20 residential units, set as single-storey townhouses or multiplex buildings to support a range of living needs within the community.

This facility is being designed to meet contemporary standards for comfort and safety, prioritizing a supportive environment for elderly residents. It will include above-ground parking and dedicated resident and staff spaces that promote ease of movement and quality of care.

Salas O’Brien is providing mechanical and electrical design services for the campus, along with IT, security, and A/V infrastructure. Our work supports a coordinated building system strategy that meets both the technical demands of long-term care and the practical requirements of adjacent housing on site.
