Irvine Office Tenant Improvement

With the expiration of a lease, Salas O’Brien consolidated the Santa Ana, CA office into the Irvine headquarters building. Our leaders envisioned a new open workplace infused with natural light, colorful, progressive, and technologically equipped. Coinciding with the public roll-out of the new brand standards, we designed the renovation to improve operational efficiency through an open, collaborative, amenity-rich environment.

After projecting for future needs, we developed floor plans that included offices, workstations, education and technology spaces, meeting areas, (open and closed), and kitchen and lounge spaces throughout two floors. From schematic plans to construction documents, we refined our designs, including new furniture throughout, casework, suspended acoustic ceilings, paint, carpet, a new roof, mechanical equipment, energy-efficient interior lighting, exterior signage, and solar panels.

The completed project supports the Salas O’Brien brand. It inspired pride among staff in a beautiful, future-oriented workplace that truly reflects our corporate ideals of sustainable energy and designing a functionally efficient, collaborative, and healthy workplace.
