Salas O’Brien provided acoustic consulting services for an 8.3-acre historic mixed-use property that was formerly Sunkist headquarters in Sherman Oaks. The project included the renovation of the 126,674-square-foot office building into creative office space, three residential mixed-use buildings with a total of 300 units, 39,241 square feet of retail, including up to 7,241 square feet of restaurant use, and parking for 1,345 cars.

We worked with the architect to solve acoustic challenges related to difficult adjacencies and sensitivity to noise in living spaces.
