Salas O’Brien partnered with Hilton Worldwide to deliver comprehensive MEP engineering and construction administration services for the Hilton Arcadia Hotel project. Our team provided tailored MEP designs for a combined renovated office building to hotel and newly constructed hotel building with banquet halls. Site Improvements included integrating advanced dry utility solutions, future-proofing for electric vehicle charging, rooftop solar power systems, and site backup power generation.

Our team designed and integrated high-efficiency HVAC systems, LED lighting, and emergency power systems, seamlessly integrating them with advanced building management controls to optimize performance and sustainability. Our multidisciplinary team’s agility enabled a smooth adaptation to owner-driven changes, including the addition of a rooftop restaurant, outdoor lounges, and tenant dining. As a result, Hilton Arcadia stands as a model for modern, guest focused, and energy-efficient hospitality, delivered ahead of schedule and within budget.
