Enhanced Bottling Facility Upgrades

Salas O’Brien provided engineering services to upgrade existing infrastructure and integrate new process systems at a leading beverage manufacturer’s bottling facility. Our team focused specifically on the integration of a new can blender and ammonia chiller system.

We led the process mechanical scope and designed the high-pressure CO2 and N2 gas piping and components to comply with local Canadian Registration Number (CRN) regulations. In addition, we led the electrical design, which involved updating single-line diagrams and managing interconnections between new and existing equipment. Our improvements enhanced the operational efficiency and overall functionality of the bottling facility.
