Embassy Suites

Salas O’Brien led comprehensive engineering for the multi-year development of the Embassy Suites Gulf Shores Beach Resort, an 8-story high-rise hotel featuring 257 guestrooms, rooftop and indoor pools, 13,620 square feet of meeting space, and extensive public amenities. The project also included a 3,700-square-foot Starbucks and retail space, along with an 88,000-square-foot parking garage equipped with EV charging stations. Our team worked closely with local officials and the community to provide full code compliance while providing engineering services from schematic design through construction administration.

We designed HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, voice/data cabling, and access control systems to meet brand standards and regulatory requirements. During the bidding and construction phases, we provided support through detailed documentation, clarifications, and reviews of submittals.
