DeLand Headquarters Renovation

Salas O’Brien delivered comprehensive sustainability consulting and architectural services for Kingspan’s North American Headquarters in DeLand, Florida. By uniting a renovated structure with a new addition, the project showcases innovation, sustainability, and brand identity through a cohesive architectural approach. Salas O’Brien’s work resulted in a high-performance workplace designed to support collaboration and hybrid work, featuring light-filled offices, a central communication stair, and a dedicated hub for events, training, and media.

Our team supported key sustainability features, including an all-electric design, heat-recovery HVAC, advanced energy controls, LED lighting, EV charging stations, and rainwater harvesting, which were integrated to optimize energy and water use while supporting Kingspan’s sustainability goals.
