Ready-To-Use Compounding Facility Expansion

Salas O’Brien supplied engineering support to a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer to expand their site compounding suite for new drug product operations. The expansion involved strategically allocating space and routing utilities to install a new fill line. Our team provided a review of all design packages and feasibility studies. We modified existing equipment to support new operations, led shutdown activities for utility connections, and commissioned new equipment.

In addition, we provided project management services and coordinated equipment installation during the construction phase. Our value engineering initiatives resulted in significant cost savings and established a new standard to meet all turnover requirements.
