Autoclave Suite Installation and Rebuild

Salas O’Brien provided comprehensive engineering services for the installation of a new autoclave designed to double the process capacities in the area and enhance the facility’s operational efficiency. Our team successfully led the startup of new clean steam generators and implemented the first use of water for injection (WFI) at the site. We also created a compendial water sampling program for the entire site. These advancements occurred during crucial cGMP operations, and we upheld the highest sterility and production quality standards.

We provided project management and client representation services, including oversight of equipment installation, construction, commissioning, validation, and startup activities related to new equipment and utilities. Additionally, our team oversaw all budgetary activities from preparing initial project estimations for capital requests to negotiating equipment contracts.
