Coil Coating Line

Salas O’Brien provided comprehensive engineering and design services for a major aluminum manufacturer’s new coil coating facility, featuring a high-speed processing line for sustainable food and beverage containers. Our multidisciplinary team provided civil, architectural, and structural engineering alongside mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services for a seamless system integration. We enhanced operational efficiency with state-of-the-art environmental controls, secured a reliable energy supply through power infrastructure solutions, and designed with safety in mind for Class 1 enclosures and coil loading/unloading stations. Throughout the construction phase, we collaborated closely with the client, build partner, and equipment suppliers to implement the project efficiently and effectively, ultimately delivering a facility that embodies innovation in aluminum processing.
