Child Waiting Room

Salas O’Brien assisted the Judicial Council of California in reimagining the child waiting area within the Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley courthouse. Our team led the architectural redesign, transforming the suite with new walls and rooms, including a dedicated restroom, break room, infant quiet room, and two storage closets. We applied updated architectural finishes throughout to create a welcoming and functional environment tailored to the needs of children and staff.

In addition to the architectural improvements, we coordinated comprehensive mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system upgrades to support the new layout. By aligning building systems with the revised suite configuration, we provided seamless integration and enhanced comfort, safety, and operational efficiency for all users of the space.
