ATLANTA, GA, USA
Canterbury Court Senior Living
Salas O’Brien provided commissioning support for Canterbury Court, a not-for-profit housing and services provider for seniors seeking life care in a financially stable, supportive community. The expansion project for the 11-acre campus includes the addition of a new 98-unit independent living tower, designated as “Building D,” which features a parking deck below, as well as a new 110-unit healthcare facility, known as “Building E.” This healthcare facility will accommodate Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and seven Independent Living units. Building D has approximately 167,500 square feet of space and connects to Building A/B through an enclosed, two-level connector. Building E is four stories tall with a partial basement that includes a half- level of parking at street level, a below-grade basement connection to Building A/B, and an on-grade enclosed connector.
