Cake Bake Shop Restaurant Renovation

Salas O’Brien provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, and construction administration services for the 8,800 square foot, single-story, existing retail space, transforming it into a vibrant 200-seat restaurant, bakery, and bar. Renovations began with completely gutting the existing space down to its shell condition. The newly designed space boasts an inviting expanded foyer, cozy rear and side seating areas, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a stylish restaurant area, a charming bakery for counter-to-go purchases, and a sophisticated bar.

Our mechanical design included specialized grease exhaust systems for efficient grease removal and well-planned ductwork. We also expertly coordinated lighting and low voltage systems for seamless card access, CCTV, security, audio/visual, sound data, and Wi-Fi integration. This exciting new restaurant concept breathes new life into Disney’s Boardwalk area, offering customers a luxurious retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy theme park day.
