Salas O’Brien provided Fitwel Consulting services for The Montgomery, targeting Fitwel v2.1 Multifamily Design Certification with a goal of achieving at least one star.

The Montgomery is a luxury multifamily development featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, a dog park, a resort-style pool, a modern fitness center, and other amenities. Covering approximately 385,000 square feet, the property offers thoughtfully designed living spaces for 370 residents.

As Fitwel consultants, we assisted the design team in meeting Fitwel certification standards. We evaluated the project using Fitwel’s scorecard to identify areas for improvement and provided tailored recommendations to enhance occupant health. Throughout the process, we managed documentation, facilitated evidence submission, and addressed feedback to secure certification.
