Sandler Southwest

Summit Office Park

Sandler Southwest is a prolific commercial real estate development in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. By developing a variety of properties for commercial office space, Sandler Southwest enables the continual growth of one of America’s largest metropolitan areas—and enables the creation of jobs close to where people live.

McKinney, Texas, is one of the fastest-growing suburbs of Dallas and needed office space to keep up with the growth. The Summit Office Park seeks to meet that need with a multi-building development.

Salas O’Brien’s long experience in Texas and experience with commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design made the firm the ideal partner to work on the first of the Summit Office Park buildings.

The resulting three-story building contains 90,000 square feet of office space and underground parking for 75 cars, in addition to views overlooking a 40-acre lake and golf course.
