Sabey Data Center

The flexible prototype design is now Sabey Data Centers’ standard data center model for greenfield development.

This building was first designed and constructed as Building B on the Sabey Intergate Columbia Technology Campus. Since then the prototype has been fine-tuned and is currently being developed on the Sabey Intergate Quincy Campus. This three-building data center complex is on a 40-acre parcel in Quincy, Washington.

The campus will comprise two 190,000-square-foot buildings and one 140,000-square-foot building, each building providing four independent data center quadrants capable of supporting a critical load of 150 watts per square foot. (The first building is completed, and the second one is under construction.) The electrical systems are designed for Tier III N+1 redundancy; the mechanical systems utilize the latest generation of indirect evaporative cooling units for high efficiency operation.
