Minutes from Manhattan and overlooking its iconic skyline, RiversEdge is a 470,000-square-foot multifamily development including 235 luxury apartment homes in a meticulously appointed nine-story residential building. Spearheading the project was Roseland, a premier real estate development and management company known for crafting unrivaled residential apartment communities. Roseland enlisted Salas O’Brien to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the project, as well as construction administration services throughout its completion. The development of this property met the demands of the quickly expanding luxury housing market in the greater New York City area.

The finished structure includes a clubhouse, conference center, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a spa, fitness studios, and an outdoor heated pool. Retail shops, restaurants, and a parking deck were also part of the design for this project.
